Potassium Fluoride, Anhydrous, Purified is the primary source of the fluoride ion for applications in manufacturing and in chemistry and is the preferred source of fluoride for the conversion of chlorocarbons into fluorocarbons. The Purified Grade describes chemicals of good quality where there are no official standards and is normally limited to inorganic chemicals.
