Emulsifying Cosmetic Chemicals
Emulsifying cosmetic chemicals are substances that stabilize emulsions by physically interacting with both oils and water, thus stabilizing the interface between the oil and water droplets in suspension. These emulsions may be called creams, ointments, liniments (balms), pastes, films, or liquids, depending mostly on their oil-to-water ratios. Spectrum offers a wide variety of emulsifiers for all uses.
