Description

Triethyl Citrate is liquid that has no odor or color and as an ester of citric acid it is often employed as a food additive. Used to coat pharmaceuticals and plastics, it is mostly used to stabilize foams of food based nature, such as egg whites. Ungraded products supplied by TCI America are generally suitable for common industrial uses or for research purposes but typically are not suitable for human consumption or therapeutic use.
