PerkinElmer® LC Flowcell Accessory
LC Flowcells detect trace components eluted from liquid chromatographs. Use your fluorescence spectrometer as a detector to monitor fluorescence continuously at selected excitation and emission wavelengths.
If you have a High-Pressure Liquid Chromatograph, you can use your fluorescence spectrometer to detect components eluted from the column by replacing the standard cell holder with the LC Flowcell Accessory. This accessory includes:
• Synthetic, fused silica flowcell - 16 mL volume capacity with a 1.3 mm square section
• FEP Inlet Tube, 0.4 mm Bore Delivery Tube/li>
• FEP Outlet Tube, 0.7 mm Bore Delivery Tube
