PerkinElmer® Combustion Calibration Standards

The reagents used in the combustion zone are designed to ensure complete combustion and reduction of the products of reaction and to remove halogens, sulfur oxides (CHN mode), and similar interferences.

Before using your elemental analyzer to analyze unknown materials, you must calibrate it. Combustion standards burn readily, and their known composition of carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen, and sulfur can be used to calibrate your elemental analyzer.

The PerkinElmer Combustion Standards are stable materials which are not subject to ambient influences and are recommended for the PerkinElmer 2400/2410 and Model 240 instruments.
