Corning® Septa for PBT Open Top Screw Caps
The Corning silicone and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) faced silicone septa fit into open top PBT caps to allow for aseptic reagent delivery or culture sampling using a syringe and needle. They can be autoclaved at 121°C or dry heat sterilized at up to 180°C.
