PerkinElmer® Elite-35 General Purpose GC Capillary Columns
The Elite-35 columns are general purpose, mid-polarity columns that are coated with a crosslinked, (35%-diphenyl)-dimethylpolysiloxane commonly used for organochlorine pesticides, PDB congeners (e.g. Alaclor mixes), herbicides, pharmaceuticals, sterols, phthalate esters and rosin acids. The Elite-35 column is a popular confirmation column for pesticides and herbicides, in conjunction with an Elite-5 or Elite-1701. The higher phenyl content results in useful elution order and retention time changes. Equivalent to USP G42 phase.
