Description

Sucrose, Crystal, Reagent, ACS a white odorless crystalline solid, is a non-reducing disaccharide composed of glucose and fructose. It is obtained commercially from sugar cane, sugar beet and used extensively as a food and a sweetener. As an ACS grade Reagent, Spectrum Chemical manufactured sucrose is used as the quality standard against which other substances are graded and has met the toughest regulatory standards for quality and purity.
