Description

Starch, Arrowroot, Powder is used in talcum powders and hair dyes. It is added to moisturizers as a thickening agent and to help active ingredients penetrate the upper levels of the skin. This product is used in cosmetics to help moisturizers penetrate the skin. It appears as a fine, white powder. It may have other uses similar to cornstarch. In cosmetics, it is used as an abrasive.
