Sterile 70% Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) / 30% WFI (USP-Water for Injection)

Acta Medical's Sterile Isopropyl Alcohol is 70% IPA/ 30% USP WFI and is validated sterile to 10^-6 SAL. It is designed to meet USP <797>/<800> cleanroom requirements. Alcohol is 0.1 micron filtered, and each bottle is double bagged and gamma irradiated. Spray bottles contain a 0.22 micron filter. Air drawn into the bottle with each pull of the spray trigger passes through a 0.22 micron filter preserving the sterile integrity of its contents.

Production Process:
Isopropyl Alcohol is filtered through a 0.1 micron filter. Then the USP WFI (Water For Injection) is added to the Isopropyl alcohol and the solution is filtered through a positively charged 0.22 micron filter. The fluid then passes through a UV Tunnel before entering the bottle. The bottle is then double bagged and Gamma Irradiated.
