Potassium Carbonate, Anhydrous, Granular, Purified, also known as Dipotassium carbonate, can be used as a buffering agent in the production of mead or wine; as well as a mild drying agent. The Purified Grade describes chemicals of good quality where there are no official standards and is normally limited to inorganic chemicals.
