Laura Thilgen Meier overseas Sales Operations for Spectrum Chemical, leading the Inside Sales, Marketing, and Sales Operations teams to achieve the company’s sales goals. Laura drives the establishment of data-driven processes that enhance operational efficiency, elevate sales performance, and maximize customer satisfaction. She also leads strategic initiatives aimed at revenue growth, customer retention, and new business development. Her commitment to continuous improvement and alignment with the organizational objectives ensures Spectrum Chemical’s competitive advantage in the market.

Laura’s career with Spectrum Chemical began as an Account Sales Executive. She then progressed through various commercial management roles before advancing to her current leadership position in Sales Operations. Laura held sales roles at VWR International and ThermoFisher Scientific and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and Chemistry from Lake Forest College.
