Glutathione, Oxidized, Hydrate, also known as γ-L-Glutamyl-L-cysteinylglycine, is an antioxidant in animals, fungi, and plants; and is a cofactor for the enzyme glutathione peroxidase as well as participating in leukotriene synthesis.
