Caframo® PTFE 4-Blade Pitched Impeller

An axial flow PTFE impeller for high speed, low viscosity mixing. With 45° pitched blades, the impeller is attached to a PTFE-coated stainless steel core shaft. The stainless steel core of the shaft provides stability. PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) can be used under the most adverse conditions. This high performance coating is insoluble, non-contaminating, and has exceptional thermal resistance. It is easy-to-clean, does not scratch other surfaces, and is unbreakable.

• High heat resistance
• Autoclavable
• Scratch and chip resistant
• Easy-to-clean; Materials release easily from impeller
• One piece
• Excellent chemical (including acidic and caustic) resistance
• Low risk of particles introduced to batch
• Quick to insert and begin mixing
• Right hand rotation (solution pushed downwards when propeller spins clockwise)

Specifications:
• Flow pattern: Axial
• Blade diameter: 11/2 in. (40 mm)
• Shaft length: 16 in. (400 mm)
• Shaft diameter: 5/16 in. (8 mm)
• Weight: 0.2 lb (113 g)
