Description

Cresol Red, Water Soluble, a triarylmethane dye, is often used to monitor the pH in aquariums. It can also be used as a color marker to monitor the process of agarose gel electrophoresis and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. In molecular biology, it can be used in place of other loading dyes. Ungraded products supplied by Spectrum are indicative of a grade suitable for general industrial use or research purposes and typically are not suitable for human consumption or therapeutic use.
