This molecular agent, also known as D-DBTA;D-DBTA(H20), presents as a white to yellow colored powder. It is soluble in Methanol and should be stored in a tightly sealed container in a cool dry place. This substance is stable under recommended storage conditions. (+)-Dibenzoyl-D-tartaric Acid is flammable and incompatible with strong oxidizing agents. It also causes both skin irritation and serious eye irritation.
