Analytik Jena (UVP) Memorase® DE-50 EPROM Eraser, Mid-size

The DE-50 holds up to 50 EPROMs with erasure in approximately 5.9 minutes; unit can also erase PC boards up to 1.5 inches high. This system is comprised of five shortwave tubes, individual lamp viewports and an automatic shut-off timer. Memorase EPROM Erasers, for erasing PC boards and wafer trays with shortwave 254 nm UV. Microchip erasure occurs rapidly with the 254 nm UV. All EPROM Erasers are UV safe. All EPROM Erasers come equipped with conductive foam pads to prevent electrostatic buildup. Replacement Tube: Catalog No. 331-27998.

To measure the 254nm UV output of the Memorase® EPROM Erasers, use the UVX Radiometer (Cat. No. 331-53627) or J-225 Meter. Measurement of the UV irradiance is an effective way to monitor the useful life of the UV source, ensuring maximum operating efficiency of the UV system.
