Sodium Phosphate Monobasic, Monohydrate, Granular, FCC is an additive used as an antioxidant, sequestrant and a pH regulator with very high buffering capacity widely used in foods. The FCC grade meets the requirements of the Food Chemical Codex indicates and is suitable for all food, beverage and nutritional supplement applications.
